hi, I am running the latest version of avogadro on ubuntu 10.04, amd 64bit.
when I try to insert any "fragment" i got the message:Cannot read file format of file /usr/local/share/avogadro/fragments/yyyy/xxxx.cml.
where yyyy is the directory and xxxx is the name of the molecule to insert. how can i fix it? thank. yury
