To Geoff,

Quick responses are excellent! I found that the Arch Linux icon points
to /usr/share/pixmaps/avogadro-icon.png (which is indicated in the
desktop file  as "avogadro-icon"). I also noticed that the avogadro
scalable icon isn't in "/usr/share/icons/scalable/". I think if the
avogadro scalable icon was placed in that folder and the desktop file
was updated to point to it, it should solve the problem.
