I have made considerable progress in migrating the Avogadro website to Jekyll. The current attempt is here: http://avogadro.org http://github.com/avogadro/Avogadro.github.io
For example, we can now give author attributions, easily use MathJax for formatting and add page navigation. The footer of each page includes a link to edit the source file: http://avogadro.org/faq/ http://avogadro.org/rendering/ I'm using this domain as a "staging area" to get feedback and finish up the migration (e.g., inserting the manual).
