There should be two downloads for Windows -- one python and one non-python. But
I don't remember if 1.0.2 / 1.0.3

Any release of Avogadro which has Python scripting enabled will allow custom
Engines and Extensions -- Linux, Windows, Mac...

Ah. There's the catch. I can make a python release for Mac, but Apple releases
different version of Python. So I'll probably soon build a "Lion Python"
version, but it'll be tricky to support multiple OS releases.

P.S. I'm also optimistic about opening up QtScript / JavaScript support in
Avogadro, which should offer some interesting automation capabilities and
easily be cross-platform.
