Dear Geoffrey,
as you know
Michael Gadroy and me have developped
the "WiiChem" application which integrates 3D capabilities of
the Wiimote device (nintendo) in Avogadro in order to
propose a more immersive way to create and manipulate molecular models
for students and pupils.
The project is temporarily stopped because Michael has found a job,
but a free stable version can be download at :
http://www.univ-reims.fr/Wiichem
This version is currently employed at secondary school in few schools
in my region. Even at this "low level", this extension of Avogadro
is appreciated by both teachers and pupils to teach and learn in 3D
small molecules.
