Dear Avogadro Developers, I would like to colorize two different molecular chains with two different colors. I have marked (using the selection tools) one of them and I set the color through "custom color" option at the stick setting option. After that I have made the reverse (inverse) selection in order to set the second color for the second chain. Unfortunately if I change the color, this will be used also for the first chain, not only for the selected fragment. How I can choose two different colors for two different fragments in stick or ball&stick representation.
