Hi, Could you please tell me how i can alter the Center of mass of a molecule to its Origin. I selected the "Add Center of Mass" Button from the selection tool, but the center of mass remains as the molecule's center of mass.. Is there any requirement for manual calculations to be done in order to do this. Thanks for your Reply in Advance, Miriam
