Dear Avogadro users, I hope my question is appropriate to ask here. If not, I apologize.
I'm using Avogadro to make a conformation of ethylene oxide oligomer. I want to know the algorithm and the parameters of weighted rotor search, and want to know whether the output conformation is the global minimum (at the force field). Or should I use other conformer search ? And if possible, I want to see other local minimum conformations. I would appreciate if you tell me anything about these. Regards, RY
