Dear all,

I've tried to install avogadro from source taking the last snapshot from git, for both avogadro and open babel.

However, there seems to be that the latter versions of OB are not compatible with avogadro. Concretely, I get an error (at 0% of compilation):

libavogadro/src/colors/elementcolor.cpp:51:33: error: ‘etab’ is not a member of ‘OpenBabel’        std::vector<double> rgb = OpenBabel::etab.GetRGB(atom->atomicNumber());

When using the libraries for OB from my distro (kubuntu 16.04, package: libopenbabel-dev), things work well and I can compile the last git version from avogadro.

Is there any known issue with the last git versions of OB?

Thank you very much

Javier
