There is the AVRUSB500. I have one that I am trying to sell. I haven't used it because my AVRISP mkII came in unexpectedly 2 months in advance. I've assembled it already... but it only requires a 28-pin solder tail for the ATMEGA8. The solder tail is the only part I didn't have on me.
