Yes, in result there is a mixture of unregular conversions. And in case of period about 1.5 ... 2 of conversion time the result is vary bad. (Delete 'sleep' --> all OK.) Im am not understand Atmel's idea to merge Auto Trigger mode with Auto Start for each 'sleep' instruction.
