I used to have a link to it, but I'm sorry I don't have that link anymore. I do remember looking briefly at it. The C Language maintainer on the GCC project was the one that originally published that link. So, there is an available reference for any implementation that is done for GCC. But to do a correct implementation very much seems to be non-trivial. Hence it hasn't been done yet.
