Curious, could you reproduce the brokenness?  I can't, but I suspect
it's a doxygen issue, and my doxygen might require an update.  I also
vaguely remember reading something about some issue that has been
fixed in doxygen since... so it could be it's rather the FreeBSD ports
that need a doxygen update. ;-)

It might be that this is the issue with avr-libc's documentation as
well.  So, presumably, FreeBSD's doxygen port upgrade to 1.5.3 should
fix that...

Meanwhile, I'm installing doxygen 1.5.2 to see whether it will finally
also break the doc build for me.
