I've finished converting my "better" ISR macro over to the style used in
AVRLibC. I added in one or two extra things from last time, and added in the
sei(), cli(), EMPTY_INTERRUPT and deprecated SIGNAL macros/functions from the
old interrupt.h file.
I added in new DoxyGen comments, however as I have no idea how to get DoxyGen
to run, I can't test this. If someone would be so kind as to do so, I'd
appreciate it as I'm only guessing on the correct syntax to use by looking at
other AVRLibC header files.
I don't know if attachments are allowed, so I'll upload it to my private

What is the appropriate channel to use to get this into the next AVRLibC? Do I
submit it as a new patch?
