Attached is my proposed replacement for the existing AVRLibC interrupt.h
header file. It contains the present macros, with an extended ISR macro (that
is backwards compatible with the present macro.
I have added in new DoxyGen comments, however as I do not have DoxyGen
installed, I don't know of the validity of these.
