Hi. Very attractive method consists in that to configure and build a library file individually on each project (exactly for each AVR chip in project). Alongside with an opportunity to operate optimization it will give still a number of new opportunities: - byte-wide address operations for chips with RAM 128 bytes, - possibility to use global register variables (asm avr-libc modules are not use all of registers, this must be stated and documented), - conviniency to archive a project.
