The only change between 1.6.0 and 1.6.1 is the addition of bench-libm.dox to EXTRA_DIST in doc/api/Makefile.am. I removed the 1.6.0 files as it doesn't make sense to keep files around that are known to break the build process. I temporarily backed out, and then re-applied Anatoly's avr35 changes, just to keep the difference between 1.6.0 and 1.6.1 as minimal as possible.
