Details:
The page describing the interrupts state some extra "#include
<avr/interrupt.h> " at the bottom, making it hard to read.

add the bottom half, "define documentation"
Oh and I cannot select release 1.6.4 in the bug report even though the online
documentation is 1.6.4 ...
