The patch still need some work, example: the file for the ATmega640/641/1280/1281/2560/2561(iomxx0.h) needs some manual modification. So on for all device that share a same file but do not have the same pin count. Once this patch get into HEAD(or even a branch), I volunteer to do the clean up that the script can't do.
