Details:
In module hd44780.c the function hd44780_wait_ready requires now one
parameter. Locally to this module all calls of this function have been
modified accordingly. In lcd.c at several locations the function
hd44780_wait_ready is call too, but with the previous syntax without any
parameter. Therfore this example can not be compiled.
