One problem is that there is currently no AVR Libc version that can be
used with avr-gcc 4.7 because there is no version that comes with #35407.
If you use 4.7 with 1.8.0 you'll get a broken toolchain, for example
some linux distros or MHV AVR tools 4.7.2.
