Details:
Attached patch to update the test script (runtest.sh).
Updates:
1. Invoke simulavr with modified options.
Builds of Simulavr 1.1 no longer compatible with the options avr-libc uses to
execute the test cases.
2. Change exit address of test from byte to word address as simulavr
expected.
3. Auto detect the multilib path and CRT filename.

* tests/simulate/runtest.sh (Simulate): Do not generate bin file.
Change exit address from byte to word address. Update options and add
timeout parameter when invoking simulavr. Auto detect multilib path and
CRT filename.
