Details:
This patch will allow using avrdude-5.0-BETA with thru an avrisp or stk500
using Atmel firmware version 2 (avrispv2 and stk500v2) to program atmega64
and atmega128 targets.
However it must be decided if different tokens are to be used: the original
stk500v2.c used AVR_OP_WRITE_LO and there were no such tokens in
avrdude.conf, that why avrdude refused to do the job. And also I had to
change the command sent to the programmer since it was not correctly
formated.
