Details:

Support -P host:port to tell avrdude to talk to a serial programmer through a
terminal/console server instead of a directly connected serial port. Modelled
after gdb remote target support.

I can only build/test for linux/unix/*bsd platforms, I've
not done anything for windoze platforms.

Needs the terminal server serial port to be correctly configured,
and will not support bit-banging or programmers that change their serial
interface speeds on the fly.

Tested on the stk500/avrisp.
