Sorry, I think I've confused that with 329x/649x support. You're right, 165/325x/645x support is missing. As the only currently existing silicon from that family appears to be the ATmega644, the data for the '644 is the only part of that datasheet we could trust right now. The data for the 164/324 I've entered into avrdude.conf.in was a ``best guess approximation''. You might notice that not even AVR Studio ships XML files for the other two family members by now.
