Follow-up Comment #1, patch #4804 (project avrdude):
Works for me (TM), thanks for the patch.
Only suggestion is to change the printf's to include the avrdude prefix using
the progname variable like all the others.
As well "Skipping paramter write; parameter value already set." should have a
\n at the end perhaps?
If those changes sound OK I'll commit.
