I have successfully used avrdude and JTAGICEII to program mega128s over a period. Now I use the CAN128 and suddenly the fuse bits enabling JTAG programming seems to be gone. This never happened to me with the other processors. I have also checked by using AVRStudio, but there *is* no JTAG connection. Is there a known issue with avrdude-jtagiceII and can128?
