Bummer. Neither that, nor adding information to udev/rules.d seems to help. :(
Well, the udev rules won't help get your ATtiny to talk to the Dragon.
The udev rules only allow you to run avrdude as a user, so you don't
have to sudo or otherwise be root to talk to the Dragon.
