To further make nails with heads here, I'd like to restructure the
AVRDUDE source code a little.  Currently, almost everything is living
in the base directory, with only part of the documentation and some
Win32 driver stuff sitting below that.  I'd like to separate the
library and classical CUI frontend source code, both in their own
subdirectory.  My goal for the next release (which would probably
warrant to jump from major version 5 to 6) is to have a single
libavrdude.a library that is accompanied by an avrdude.h header file
describing the actual API.

As CVS does not allow moving files around, I'd really like to switch
to SVN (subversion) instead.  Are there any serious objections?
