Follow-up Comment #15, bug #28744 (project avrdude):
In fact, I believe the xmegs have three flash sections. At least according to
the xmega A1 datasheet section 7.3 In-System Programmable Flash Program
Memory, which lists the sections "Application", "Application Table", and
"Boot". As the Application Table section could be considered to be just the
end of the Application section, perhaps there is no reason to distinguish.
