Please find attached the patch including documentation changes. As I mentioned
before I also changed the programmer's name from 'pedabl' (means 'Peter
Danneggers Bootloader') to 'FastBoot' which is also used on the website of
mikrocontroller.net.
If you feel something is missing, please let me know.
It would be great to see the patch in the main distribution of avrdude!
