Hi, I have some patches that add DFU support using the FLIPv2 protocol (AVR4023). This allows some new chips to be programmed without a programmer, since they ship with the atmel DFU bootloader pre-loaded. Is there interest in adding these to avrdude? How do I contribute these patches? Also, it would be good to test it more thoroughly; I've only tested it on an ATxmega128a4u.
