Yes, I've noticed that, too.  I have quickly backed out this change
from the 6.1 tag/branch thus, but left it in trunk since it needs to
be analyzed *why* it happens.  Freeing the list of USB PIDs is
certainly due at that point, so it's probably rather that some
portion of memory is damaged or such.
