Details:
The buspirate programmer has an extended parameter "cpufreq" which outputs an
pwm signal on the AUX pin as a clock for the MCU. Sadly, this helpful feature
is only supported in ASCII mode (which is defunct with newer Bus Pirate
firmwares), even though the Bus Pirate binary mode also has a PWM command.
