To be concrete, I suggest:
- add to the top-level documentation page
(http://hadoop.apache.org/avro/docs/current/) as list of those implementations
that we believe completely implement the spec, and which do not; and
- add a separate page with a table indicating which implementations implement
which features of the spec.
