the 3.0.0 branch has been updated with the latest source, and should
now
contain the missing features you were after.


3.0.0 is intended to be a stable version of Away3d for compiling in
cs4. teh
flash10 branch is more of a development branch, so there may be
additions
that break functionality as updates are gradually made. If you intend
to use
flash10 for production work, the 3.0.0 branch is currently the best
option
