It makes sense what you said, but how "The Green Planet Demo" with over 13000 polygons was achieved? I just need some quick explanations of how I can improve the frame rate when using big models.

There is no way to push that many polys with so much camera movement. You
can do something like the temple demo by breaking up the rooms and loading each room one after the other.
