I Zhill, I can't read your path correctly but your .mtl file must be in the same folder as the .obj file and you probably have to correct the path in the .obj file (with a text editor) with the new path. you have to be sure of the path from the mtl (around second line of the mtl) to the image (used as texture) and correct them if needed.
that should work.
