Hello,

I patched the Collada loader and Channel animator to support:
- object visibility animation
- accept mesh object as transform target (and not only containers)
- recognizes another naming convention for single parameter transforms
(ex: "translateZ" is called "transform(3)(2)" by some Collada Max
exporter plugin)
