unfortunately you cannot do this with the usual camera object exported from collada. what you can try though is using placeholder objects in your collada scene with the precise location and rotation of the position you want your cameras, then move the away3d camera to those points in the scene when it is time to view the model from that location. to accurately position the camera, you should use the sceneTransform property of the placeholder object like this:
