BillBoardVO is a value object representation of a billboard, in the same way
that we have FaceVO and SegmentVO. These objects are used in clipping, when
an object requires a subset of objects to be rendered, but some sliced from
the frustumclipping class, say. In this case, BillboardVO is there for
completeness, as it is currently unused in clipping functionality. The
reason to keep value objects is so that duplicates of actual 3d objects do
not have to be made - these contain many more functions and take up
unecessary memory if used in clipping
