Hi!

I have this 3D globe that I allow users to grab and toss on its y axis
to spin it around and look at it from all angles..

however, I want to add functionality where depending on where your
mouseY is in relation to the center of the globe will adjust the
rotationX of the sphere but only for 30 degrees in either direction.

I tried to figure out the formula on my own, but its been a few hours
and I am just stuck.

Any ideas?
