Not sure I fully understand what you are trying to achieve, but have you looked at the multiple view example here: http://www.flashmagazine.com/tutorials/detail/away3d_basics_the_view_and_the_scene/
You can also create other totally separate away3d instances on your stage by adding a new sprite to the stage and then adding your view to it.
