sure, same Prefab code is all in graph package. but since it would result in exact same thing plus you would not have embeds, why bother??
as about tuts... yeah you're right but... let me put it this way: If anyone wants to help me make Prefab tuts, please step forward! cause honestly, I wouldn't know where to find time atm...
