Hey Michael, In so far as export, we went with MD2, our decision was based on going with vertex animation which gives us the ability to blend or interrupt an animation, which was a big selling feature for us on the bid.
Fabrice, The chicken loader is actually an alpha of the chicken walk cycle... and although the idea of mocaping a chicken is intriguing, I have a feeling I'd get my eyes pecked out trying to get one of them into a suit! So yes, it's all hand keyed. We've formed our art/programming teams out of ex-game developers which has given us the ability to aim for high level animation/graphics and squeeze Flash for all we can get out of it.
