At present it is possible to do your own vertex bindings to a bone (or 3d object), but not something i would recommend as it will be quite tedious to do in code. What i would suggest is that you have the glove and the hand as different meshes on the same skeleton. then you can set the visibility of each mesh in away3d as and when you want a hand or a glove. should do the trick nicely
