Hi, As of this year all my projects are targeted to FP10 and so far so good. The update process on Windows is pretty fast and well integrated so there should't be too many issues. Of course you should probably check server stats first. Maybe even collect player versions of visitors.
With the security issues well publicized of previous Flash players, I think 10.1 should get deployed fast. Providing a performance boost Away3D & Away3DLite loves :) Lite uses native 3D features of FP10. It's file size footprint is smaller than Away3D (28 kb vs 120+ kb compiled). Of course, it has less features. Away3DLite has a limited amount of classes compared to Away3D. I always start with Away3DLite. If needed I try to port a feature from Away3D (like VideoMaterial) and if I need something that only works in Away3D I switch. By using FP10's native API Lite is also faster and can render more geometry. ath. Jerome.
