Thanks for the Kuler API to Flash link, makes a lot more sense now. So you aren't actually parsing the ASE files that you can download but are instead taking the hex values off of the rss. You're use has definintely piqued my interest though. I may look into parsing the actual ASE using http://www.selapa.net/couleurs/fileformats.php.
