Yep, there is a bug in the matrix calculations in that flash player version. This is unrelated to Away3d though, and has long been fixed:
http://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/FP-670 That is a beta version anyway though IIRC, so it is pretty unlikely that non-devlopers will run into it.
