No sorry, I haven't been clear.
The red cubes are positioned in a way that they are partly INTO the cube below (the big and textured). But from the rendering it's not like this. The red cubes seem to be above the big one and in positions different from their true ones.

Hope I've been clearer this time ^^

Do you mean that your cam should be in the middle of the board? Check if the pivot point of the cube is not offset from the center.Try to recenter it with .centerPivot() method
